Hey Probbie, long time no talk. No real master sequencer... Pam's is the master clock which goes into the Metropolix, DFAM, and the Digitakt (which itself sends clock to the remaining synths). Metropolix sequences the eurorack case. Digitakt plays drums and can send notes to the Matriarch and the Prophet (but I also can sequence the Matriarch with the Metropolix). Then, the TR-8S, the TD-3, Digitone (not digitakt) uses their own internal sequencer. I guess it's a bit complicated when I write it out, but I've always found this more versatile and more usable than using the Digitakt as master (or something else like a Cirklon). Thanks for subbing

@@Probbie Honestly it just kind of happened this way naturally. It works especially with Pam's as a master clock. Basically, I plugged the eurorack sequencer (Metropolix) into the CV-capable stuff, and the MIDI sequencer (Digitakt) for the MIDI-capable stuff.
